Organise yourself skinny...

I came across a great site last week: http://www.organizeyourselfskinny.com
I was really impressed with the ideas and methods she has come up with and it inspired me to take control of my own kitchen again! 
I am starting the week with frozen portions of each of these to get me through my meals:
Pulled pork
Shredded chicken
Taco shredded beef
It is going to be so easy creating snacks and sandwiches throughout the week with these!

The ideas of freezer cooking was great too... I am going to start doubling up on some foods to ensure I always have a healthy 'ready meal' in the freezer!

Extra-ordinary bucket list...

So what do I want then, what is this journal about? Where do I want to get to? 
I want to be fit, feel good about myself and be full of energy.
I want to take life by the horns, live for now and enjoy life.
I want to be happy and know that I can and will do this and become my own success story.
I want to look after myself now so that I can lead a long healthy, active old age.
I want to live in the moment and get on with it!
I want to know that I am strong and I can handle anything that anyone throws at me
I want to keep on top of the housework so it doesnt become a chore
I want to lose body fat, glow with health and know that all my clothes look great on me!
I want to show everyone at work that I am stronger than they think and show that I can do my bloody job better than anyone else.
I want healthy meals, planned and prep'd during the weekend so no relying on takeaways or junk
I want to make weekends special by having some treats - alcohol & chocolate
I want to feel pleased that the gym is being used!
I WANNA FEEL EXTRA_ORDINARY!!!
